Can my organisation subscribe to The Bookshelf without a CareKnowledge subscription?
Yes. Drop CareKnowledge Business Manager Debbie Tate a line at debbie.tate@pavpub.com letting her know how many users you need access for, and she'll give you a custom quote.
Can I give my library users access to The Bookshelf via IP address, OpenAthens, or Shibboleth?
Yes. We can offer academic libraries access using any of these authentication methods, for both The Bookshelf and CareKnowledge.
I'm a member of The Bookshelf. Will I be able to access the books when my membership ends?
Access to the books on The Bookshelf is for the duration of your membership, and will end automatically when your membership expires.
I found a book I'm interested in on the Pavilion Publishing website, but it's not on The Bookshelf. Can you add it?
Possibly! Get in touch with your account manager if you're a member, or with CareKnowledge Business Manager Debbie Tate on debbie.tate@pavpub.com if not, and we'll look into it for you.
Do you have a list of books coming to The Bookshelf in the future?
You can view a current list of titles coming soon here. Additional titles are added to this list as they're confirmed.
I'm interested in these books, but I'd prefer hard copies. Can I get them in print?
The Bookshelf is a digital-only subscription. However, as a member you'll have access to a discount code to purchase print copies at a reduced price, if you prefer.
